Jealousy, Part 26; by Grace R. Duncan:

The back row of the detention hall held four completely unrepentant people. Kenji, Kane, Ian, and Hayden worked quietly on their homework as The Bitch sat at the desk in the front of the room attempting to glare daggers at them. Attempting, as it made absolutely no impression on any of them. As the clock ticked the end of their punishment, she actually let out a low growl before ungraciously saying, “Dismissed.”

The four boys headed to the parking lot where Kane and Ian paused. The afternoon had gone by fairly swiftly after the principal had passed down their sentence. He’d been disappointed by the display of violence, but confided that his own partner would probably have cheered them on.

With Fire & Steel; by Tucker McCallahan:

Traffic was jammed up tight on Alvarado. If this thing thought it could elude me by dashing into rush hour, it was about to learn the true definition of “bad decision.” I leapt from car to car, both guns drawn as I pursued the rogue werewolf that I’d been hunting for a month.

I got a good sightline and fired. The crack of the gunshot was very loud. My silver bullet sliced through fur and muscle to embed in bone. The werewolf slammed onto the top of a compact car with a roar of fury. Safety glass spider-webbed and bulged from the windows as the car’s roof gave way under the beast’s weight, and panicked screams from inside the vehicle joined the sounds of rush hour traffic.

Jealousy, Part 25; by Grace R. Duncan:

“Come on, Kane, we don’t want to miss the bus!” Ian called from the front door.

“I’ll be right there!” Kane yelled back, pulling open the bottom drawer of the file cabinet, pawing through folders quickly. He should have guessed it would be in the very back of the drawer, but he shook the self-annoyance away and pulled the folder out. He paged through the contents hurriedly, found what he wanted finally and shoved everything else back. Stuffing the papers into his backpack, he caught up to Ian.

“What was that all about?”

Jealousy, Part 24; by Grace R. Duncan:

Ian turned his attention back to Kane. His eyes were screwed tightly shut, his poor erection had gone nearly completely away and he was tense as all hell. “Kane,” Ian said, and Kane looked up. “You have to relax.” Kane nodded and closed his eyes again.

Kane took a deep breath and nodded shortly; then the pressure around the head of his cock eased slightly. He continued to push in a little farther—slowly, incredibly slowly. “Still burns, but… oh God, Ian, it feels good, too.”

Ian groaned at the words. His sanity, what was left of it, was slipping away quickly…

The Deadly Double Dare; by Tray Ellis:

Bruce regretted rising to the bait of the double-dog-dare taunt.

He should have said nothing. He should have walked away. He should have argued more. He should have argued more persuasively. He should have done something else–anything else–other than accept Rodney Coopersmith’s dare. Now Bruce was not home, safe, where he should be, eating apple pie that his mom would be baking because she didn’t know what else to do with all the extra apples brought home from apple picking. He was not warm and cozy, and he was not happy.

The Forest Lord #12; by Tucker McCallahan:

A dozen of the armored human guards lay dead in the road. Of the remaining dozen, half of those wouldn’t survive their injuries. The other half were equally divided between being struck dumb and useless with gibbering fear, and being so overwhelmed by the death of their comrades that they were unable to do anything but stare vacantly into space. Only T’Riss, Jhul, Iym, and the three women in the carriage were unharmed, though one of the women’s hair had turned pure white, just like Storm’s sister Justina before she died.

Always Chapter 11; by Lily G. Blunt:

As he said those words, I made a silent promise to him that before the night was out we would have indeed made love. I loved him. I wanted him. God damn it, I needed him now more than ever. What was the point of waiting any longer?

I responded with a kiss. “I want you to stay the night with me, Edward. I don’t want us to wait any longer either.”

Edward smiled faintly and then swallowed hard. I tried to relax and not become too anxious at the thought of us lying naked together in my bed. We were both consenting adults who loved each other very much.

Lonesome Theta – Chapter 12; R. Gebhardt:

Jeremy’s POV

We had settled into a routine and I decided that it was time I work on my college degree. I looked into the programs offered at the local school and decided to pursue a degree in Nursing. I had always wanted to but my mom felt it was a job for women and not men. I had talked it over with Alex and he was fine with it. He felt I would be able to get a job at the pack hospital after I graduated and it sounded like what I had always wanted to do.

When I went to the school, I found out that I could do most of my schooling through online courses, well except for my clinicals. I really wanted to be able to spend more time with Alex, but he was also going back to school, so he could work on his Master’s Degree in Education.

Heist Chapter 8; by Taylin Clavelli:

It was ten days after Donovan’s bulldozer of an epiphany and the more he thought about it, the less he could look at Zachary without getting hard.  He tried not to think about it, and attempted to act as normal as he could; but, despite his efforts, Zachary noticed and kept asking if he was okay.

The boys had always been physical, rough and tumble brothers, always play fighting and wrestling.  They had been watching a WWE Smackdown rerun, arguing over who was better – Randy Orton or Edge. Finally, they agreed that the Hit Man was still ‘the best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be’.

Growth, Part 11 – Learning Curve, Part 3; by Grace R. Duncan:

“This ring,” he said, brushing his finger over the thin metal that sat just under the crown, “puts just enough pressure for the tip to be very sensitive. See how dark it is?”

Adel nodded, noting the purple color.

“Just before orgasm, it swells, right? This little ring makes it feel like that without being so close. As such, he’s much more sensitive. Watch,” Bathasar finished with a whisper and dragged his fingernail lightly over said sensitive skin.

Teman shook with the groan he let out over that. Adel thought it looked like he was struggling harder and harder as they went to keep still. “He is ordered to stay still?” Adel asked, though he hadn’t meant to speak.

The Marine – Legalities; R. Gebhardt:

I woke to a rumbling sound next to my ear. My back ached and when I looked around I realized why; Chase and I had slept on the floor where the cats had curled up next to us. Sparky was lying next to my face purring to his heart’s content.

“Good morning little man,” I said as I petted him while he leaned into my hand.

“Mornin’ Babe,” Chase said in a gruff voice. I loved his voice first thing in the morning because it was so deep and husky that it sounded rough; it sent shivers down my spine.
